Royal Recovery Resources Management Team consists of qualified and experienced staff with passion and dedication to support you in your recovery. We came together in the plight to reduce the stigma and eliminate failure in sober living. Over 150 years of combined experience in treatment and recovery has provided us a unique outlook and capability to provide you everything you need to be successful. We believe treatment gives you all the resources you need to crawl again. You must be supported as you start to walk, get the skills to run, and with us, you will learn how to sprint.

Founder / Owner: Frank Cid

General Manager: Bill Schmidt, CBHT

Bill has 14 years of personal and professional experience in the field of addiction and behavioral health. He is a Certified Behavioral Health Technician through Florida Certification Board. He has worked in various levels of treatment and transitional settings in the past 14 years. Some trainings include Co-occurring Disorders, Clinical Competence, Domestic Violence, CPR, Intervention, and Ethical and Professional Conduct.

IT Administrator: Thomas Walters

Tom has worked in numerous roles in the recovery field for over 2 years from Behavioral tech to managing halfway houses. He has complete his course work required to receive his license as a Certified Addiction Professional and has a strong passion to help others in the recovery process.

Property Manager: Wrenn Sloan

Wrenn has been working in the field of substance abuse for four years. He has been involved in the recovery community for six years. Wrenn has worked in several top facilities before joining the team at Royal Recovery. He has experience in supervisor, Property Manager, Intake Coordinator and Residetial Supervisor.

Superintendent: Andy Weinstock

Andy has worked in the addiction field for several years, he has an extensive background in construction and maintenance. He is currently renovating many of Royal Recovery’s properties. Andy is also the activities director for Royal Recovery and enjoys jet skiing on the weekends with the clients.

Executive Secretary: Kelsey Wagner

Kelsey has been an active member of the recovery community for the past 3 years. She has both professional and personal experience in the field of addiction. Kelsey also has 5 experience in the human services field and is currently a student at Palm Beach State College pursuing her bachelors degree in accounting and business management.

Behavioral Specialist: Eric Cone

Eric was born in Houston, Tx raised in Boca Raton, Fl. He was a proud member of the Marine Corps. Eric’s sole purpose in life today is to help carry the message that changes and saves lives.

Behavioral Specialist: Chris Adams

Chris has 18 months experience in the recovery field and is currently pursuing his Bachelors degree in Mathmatics. Chris enjoys helping others in the recovery process.

Behavioral Specialist: Adam Young

Prior to working at RRR Adam volunteered his services to the Fern House of West Palm Beach for 5 years. Adam is an active member of the recovery community here in South Florida, and enjoys working with other alcoholics and addicts. Adam’s education background includes architecture and business management.

Behavioral Health Tech: Chris Collins

Chris Collins is currently a member of the South Florida Recovery Community, and thoroughly enjoys working first hand with other members in his community. Chris has been actively helping other alcoholics and addicts for the past year, and especially enjoys helping other men achieve sobriety. Previous to working at Royal Recovery Resources, Chris worked as a night time manager in another sober community. In his spare time, Chris is extremely active in sober sports promotions.

Behavioral Health Tech: Chris Fuller

Chris has over two years in the recovery community, working with 12 step programs. Chris is currently working on his bachelors degree. Chris has a strong desire to help others recovering from the disease of addiction.

Secretary: Karine O'Loughlin

Karine has both personal and professional experience in the field of addiction and alcoholism. Karine has worked as a behavioral health tech and has 5 years experience in the south florida recovery community.

Behavioral Health Tech: Gerald Harris

Gerald has 18 years of personal experience as well as professional in the recovery field.Gerald is a certified clinical conselor and has worked in various levels of mental health field. Gerald enjoys helping others make life changing choices.

Client Liason: Sean Pocker

Sean has many years experience working in the recovery community as halfway house behavioral tech, intake supervisor and house manager. Sean also is a member of the local recovery community and has a strong passion for helping those suffering from addiction.

Behavioral Health Tech: Stephanie Bryant

Stephanie has several years of personal as well as proffesional experience the recovery field. Stephanie likes working with women in recovcery and is an inspiration to others.

Behavioral Health Tech: Matthew Macaluso

Matthew is an alumni of Palm Partnres Recovery center in Delray Beach. He is also a successful graduate of Royal Recovery Resources. He is an active member of the South Florida Recovery Community and is planning on going to school to pursue a carreer in the field of Addiction and Substance Abuse.

Behavioral Health Tech: Rob McGregor

Rob is taking classes at Plam Partners treatment center for behaviroal health technician. He is alumni of the Ambrossia Treatment Center and a successful graduate of Royal Recovery Resources. Rob is also an active member of the South Florida Recovery Community.

Secretary: Nicole Kelly

Nicole has 4 years of customer service experience and is currently enrolled at PBSC. Nicole eventually wants to become an anesthesiologist.

Behavioral Health Tech: Troy Mosley

Troy has several years of experience in the recovery field. Troy is committed to helping others in the recovery process.

Property Manager: Nate Kehlmier

Nate has 3 years experience working in the field of addiction. He has been a Behavioral Tech supervisor for the last 2 years and is currently pursuing his certification to be a counselor..

Behavioral Specialist: Nick Mironovich

Nick has always enjoyed helping others and is an active member of the South Florida Recovery Community.

Secretary: Stacy Beck

Stacy has worked in the recovery field for many years. Stacy has first hand experience in recovery and enjoys helping others on the path to recovery.

Behavioral Health Tech: Damion Klinger

Damion has worked in the treatment field for over 2 years, a strong believer in the 12 step model of recovery. Damion works with people in recovery on a daily basis and looks forward to helping Royal Recovery clients begin their journey in recovery.
