Royal Recovery Resources Management Team consists of qualified and experienced staff with passion and dedication to support you in your recovery. We came together in the plight to reduce the stigma and eliminate failure in sober living. Over 150 years of combined experience in treatment and recovery has provided us a unique outlook and capability to provide you everything you need to be successful. We believe treatment gives you all the resources you need to crawl again. You must be supported as you start to walk, get the skills to run, and with us, you will learn how to sprint.

Director of Operations: Amy Bernstein
Amy has 10+ years of experience in the field of addiction treatment. She has been in the recovery community in Delray Beach, FL for over 12 years. Before her work in treatment, she managed, trained, and supervised in the hospitality industry. She has touched many lives in her various roles that include Detox Technician, Resident Manager, Discharge Planner, Admissions Counselor, and Director of Admissions. She joins RRR as Director of Operations and brings a wealth of knowledge, talent, and spirit to RRR.
General Manager: Bill Schmidt, CBHT
Bill has 14 years of personal and professional experience in the field of addiction and behavioral health. He is a Certified Behavioral Health Technician through Florida Certification Board. He has worked in various levels of treatment and transitional settings in the past 14 years. Some trainings include Co-occurring Disorders, Clinical Competence, Domestic Violence, CPR, Intervention, and Ethical and Professional Conduct.
Resource Department: Sharon Hogarth CASAC
Sharon Hogarth has over 25 years of experience in the field of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment. She is a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor by the state of New York. She is completing the Florida Certification Board requirements for International Reciprocity as a Counselor. She has been the Chief Clinical Architect for detoxification, residential, outpatient, and crisis intervention services and she established S. Florida's first intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. She developed the first residential program for women with children in New York City and presented at the International Women's Conference addressing issues of Trauma, Transcendence and Recovery.
Sharon is a former Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University in New York. She has experience empowering individuals of all cultures and was a semifinalist in the Rockefeller Leadership Award in 2001. She was a contributing author to "Of Myself I Sing," the first prevention and education curriculum using Lakota Culture and is being used in seven reservation schools in South Dakota. Sharon's life and passion is helping individuals from all walks of life recover from the disease of addiction.
Male Manager: Marcel Pickens
Marcel has been an advocate for the improvement of the recovering community in Delray Beach, FL for 4 years. He has been involved in many aspects of transitional living. He is currently working towards becoming a Certified Behavioral Health Technician.
Male Manager: Renaud Robinson, BA, CAP
Rob has 20 years of personal and professional experience in the field of addiction and mental health treatment. He is a Certified Addictions Professional through Florida Certification Board. Trainings include areas of Clinical Evaluation, Treatment Planning, Referral, Service Coordination, Counseling, Client/Family/Community Education, Documentation, and Professional and Ethical Responsibilities. He has worked with adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages for the last 17 years. He advocates and is involved in numerous community activities and preventative projects in support of brightening the future of our youth.
Female Manager: Wandalynn Miftahi
As a graduate of the prestigious Hampton University, Wandalynn has over twenty years experience working with children, families, and institutions in areas of human services and social services. She also brings holistic talents to RRR as she has experience as a casting director and manager of musical groups. She has worked on the spectrum of prevention, intervention, and treatment of addictions. As a Substance Abuse Educator, she provided workshops and presentations to schools and community organizations. Topics have included conflict resolution, anger management, and self-esteem. Wandalynn believes recovery is about healing the individual, the family, and the community.
Male Manager: Steve Davis
Steve Davis has been involved in the Recovery Community of Delray Beach, FL for over 6 years. As a graduate of Essex County College in NJ, he also has experience working with Research and Development with a Certificate for the completion of Technical Training Project work at Novartis with a degree in Chemistry. He also has experience working in the area of Security and Safety for companies and their clients.
Steve has worked with many halfway houses as staff support, behavioral health technician, and/or manager. He is an alumni of the Watershed of the Palm Beaches and a successful graduate of Sober Living of Delray Beach. He has Certifications in Substance Abuse, Parenting, and Anger Management. He is an active member of the South Florida Recovery Community.
Manager: Mickey Wallace
Mickey has many years of personal and professional experience in substance abuse treatment and recovery. He has worked as a Behavior Health Technician and Client Manager at local treatment facilities. Mickey currently works as a client liaison transporting clients to local 12 Step Meetings and instills 12 Step support to the clients at Royal Recovery Resources.

Executive Office Manager: Maria Molica
Maria M is Executive Office Manager at Royal Recovery Resources. She has over 25 years of Administrative and Customer Service experience.
